Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price

Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 25 July 2016 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 8.5p per share payable on 9 September 2016. The deadline for receipt of elections was 12 August 2016.

The Scrip Reference Share Price, which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative, is 1070.6p.

This figure is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 15 August 2016 and ending on 19 August 2016.
