Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that a connected person of Mr Bronek Masojada, a Director, (Matterhorn Assets Limited, a company wholly owned by Matterhorn Trust, a trust of which Mr Masojada is a beneficiary) has updated its banking facilities and granted security over an additional 178,000 ordinary shares of 5 55/89p each in the Company.

The arrangements are on normal banking terms and include, inter alia, margin requirements and dealing arrangements which allow the bank to deal without further permission from the Company using the Trading Plan exemptions within the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

This notice is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R.

Mr Masojada continues to be interested in a total of 3,326,023 ordinary shares of 5 55/89p each in the Company.
