Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Ernst Jansen, Colin Keogh and Anne MacDonald, Non-Executive Directors, that they have each purchased Ordinary Shares of 6.5p in the Company ('Shares').

Mr Jansen, Mr Keogh and Ms MacDonald purchased 2,241, 1,289, and 2,150 Shares respectively on 30 March 2017 at the same price of 1102.4727p. The transactions were executed in GBP.
