Hamilton, Bermuda - Hiscox Ltd ('Hiscox') announces that the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) has today notified the Company that it has purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 216.17p in Hiscox Ltd.
The aggregate purchase price of £2,161,653 paid by the Trust will be met out of funds provided by the Company.
