Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital as at 30 November 2015 consisted of 505,571,505 Ordinary Shares of 25p ("Shares") with voting rights and that it does not hold any treasury shares.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 505,571,505 which is the figure to be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's Shares under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
