Acquisition

Holders Technology is pleased to announce that on 21 December 2009 it acquired 100% of the share capital of J K Components Limited (JKC). JKC is a distributor of components to the electronics industry. JKC recorded a loss of £40,000 on revenue of £1.1 million in the year ended 28 February 2009. The consideration for the acquisition was £1 plus an element of deferred consideration based on the net profits for each of the three years following the date of acquisition. The Company will also invest approximately £150,000 in JKC to enhance JKC's working capital.
