Change of Director Shareholdings

Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), received notification on 4 November 2014 of revised director shareholdings as follows:

Victoria Blaisdell holds 35,251 Ordinary shares being 0.9% of the issued Ordinary shares.  298 shares were bought on 21.5.14 at 63p each.  851 shares were bought on 21.10.14 at 40p each.

Rudolf Weinreich has a beneficial interest in 1,851,731 Ordinary shares being 47.0% of the issued Ordinary shares. 203 shares were bought on 21.5.14 at 63p each.  326 shares were bought on 21.10.14 at 40p each.

The Company's issued share capital is 3,939,551 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each with the Company holding a further 220,000 in Treasury.
