Holders Technology PLC announces that it was today informed that Mr R W
Weinreich, Chief Executive, and his wife Mrs I J Weinreich, in whose shares he
is deemed beneficially to be interested, sold 14,600 and 9,176 shares
respectively in the Company at a price of 45 pence per share on 25 October
2001.



Mr and Mrs Weinreich then repurchased these shares in the Company at the same
price on the same date and in addition Mr Weinreich purchased a further 20,000
shares also at a price of 45 pence per share.



The sales and repurchases were undertaken following the admission of the
Company's entire issued share capital to AIM, from the Official List, as a
result of which an investment in the shares is no longer eligible for
inclusion in an ISA.
