Proposed Dividend Dates

Further to the half yearly results announcement made by Holders Technology plc on 26 July 2013, the record date for the proposed interim dividend of 1.0p per ordinary share in the company will be 6 September 2013 with payment to shareholders on the register at that time being made on 3 October 2013.  The company's ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend with effect from 4 September 2013.
