that Eaglet Investment Trust plc disposed 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company
on 17 February 2002.  Following this disposal, the Eaglet Investment Trust now
holds 863,040 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 20.82
per cent. of the issued share capital.
