Proposed Dividend Dates

Further to the preliminary results announcement made by Holders Technology plc today, the record date for the proposed final dividend of 0.25p per ordinary share in the company will be 1 May 2015 with payment to shareholders on the register at that time being made on 19 May 2015. The company's ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend with effect from 30 April 2015.

The company's annual general meeting will be held on 24 April 2015.
