Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company that was held on 24 April 2015 at the Company's registered office at Elstree House, Elstree Way, Borehamwood WD6 1SD, all resolutions were duly passed by shareholders.

The Company also confirms that the Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2014 has been sent to shareholders and is available on the Company's website www.holderstechnology.com.
