The Company has today been notified of transactions (set out in the notifications below made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation) in ordinary shares in the Company by Ivan Schofield (Non-Executive Director) and his wife Helen Schofield (a person closely associated with Ivan Schofield).

Following the transactions, there is no net change in Ivan Schofield's beneficial interest in shares in the Company (including shares held by his wife and various family trusts) which remains at 86,691 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
