Hollywood Bowl, the UK's largest ten-pin bowling operator, announces that following the announcement by Electra Private Equity Partners 2006 Scottish LP ('Electra') earlier today that it has sold, subject to completion, its entire shareholding in the Company, Bill Priestley, Electra's representative on the Board of the Company, has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
A search for an Independent Non-Executive Director will commence shortly and the Company will provide an update as appropriate.
Peter Boddy, Chairman of the Company, said "On behalf of the Board, I would like to express our thanks to Bill. He has made a significant contribution to the Board's debates and the development of the Company since Electra's investment in 2014 and we wish him the best for the future."
