As required by Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that Ian Durant, a non-executive director of the Company and currently a non-executive director of Greggs plc ("Greggs"), will be appointed as Chairman of the board of Greggs with effect from the close of the next Annual General Meeting of Greggs, currently scheduled for 15 May 2013.
