PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS 

The Company has received notification that Sara Weller, a person discharging managerial responsibility, on 5 April 2010, transferred 78,848 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company into her spouse's name, Timothy Weller, at nil cost.

Notification of this transaction was received by the Company on 9 April 2010 and is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
