The Company received notification on 21 May 2015 of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by certain of its executive directors.

Performance Share Plan

The Company made awards on 21 May 2015 under the terms of its Performance Share Plan. The awards are subject to performance conditions and the maximum number of Ordinary Shares that could vest in the case of each executive director is as follows:
