DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company has received notification on 27 May 2016 of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') by its executive directors, as named below.

Deferred shares under annual bonus scheme

In accordance with the Company's Remuneration Policy, on 27 May 2016, 25% of the annual bonus payments to executive directors for the financial period ended 28 February 2016 were deferred into share awards, based on a price of 163.6p pence per Ordinary Share until 27 May 2019 as follows:
