                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group
Companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 16 July
2007, 114,525,527 voting rights in the Company (representing 13.05% of the
voting rights of the Company). The threshold that was crossed or reached as a
result of the transaction was 13%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 17 July 2007.
