                  DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS UNDER DTR 5.8.12

The Company has today received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK
Limited advising that AXA S.A. and its group of companies now holds, as a result
of a transaction that took place on 6 February 2007, 63,735,679 voting rights in
the Company (representing 7.26% of the voting rights of the Company). The
threshold that was crossed or reached as a result of the transaction was 5%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 7 February 2007.
