                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
advising that Goldman, Sachs & Co., Goldman Sachs Asset Management International
and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. now holds, as a result of a transaction
that took place on 30 July 2007, 44,049,506 voting rights in the Company
(representing 5.02% of the voting rights of the Company). The threshold that was
crossed or reached was total voting rights of 5.0%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 1 August 2007.
