                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS



The Company has received a notification from The Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
advising that Goldman Sachs & Co., Goldman Sachs Asset Management International,
and Goldman Sachs Asset Management L.P. no longer have a notifiable interest in
the voting rights in the Company.



The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 3% in respect
of the total holding (the previous notification being 5.08% of the voting rights
in the Company, of which 0.02% was direct and 5.06% was indirect).



The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.5 (1) and was received on 28
April 2008.
