                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Citibank N.A. on behalf of Standard
Life Investments Limited advising that Vidacos Nominees now holds, as a result
of a transaction that took place on 6 May 2008, 44,487,549 voting rights in the
Company (representing 5.07% of the voting rights of the Company, of which 3.72%
is direct and 1.35% indirect).

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 5% in respect
of the total holding (the previous notification being 3.97% of which 3.64% was
direct and 0.33% indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 7 May 2008.
