                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Aviva plc and its subsidiaries
('Aviva') advising that Aviva now holds, as a result of a transaction that took
place on 12 December 2007, 56,462,717 voting rights in the Company (representing
6.43% of the voting rights in the Company, of which 6.06% is direct and 0.37%
indirect).

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 6% in respect
of the direct holding (the previous notification being 6.41% of the voting
rights in the Company, of which 5.83% was direct and 0.58% indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 14 December 2007
