                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from The Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
advising that Goldman Sachs & Co., Goldman Sachs Asset Management International,
and Goldman Sachs Asset Management L.P. now hold, as a result of a transaction
that took place on 5 February 2008, 52,342,122 voting rights in the Company
(representing 5.97% of the voting rights in the Company, of which the whole
5.97% is indirect).

The threshold that was crossed or reached was 6% in respect of the total holding
(the previous notification being 6.01%, of which the whole 6.01% was indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.5 (1) and was received on 7
February 2008.
