                  DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS UNDER DTR 5.8.12

The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group
Companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 14 May
2007, 102,594,202 voting rights in the Company (representing 11.69% of the
voting rights of the Company). The threshold that was crossed or reached as a
result of the transaction was 11%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 15 May 2007.
