                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Citibank N.A. advising that
Standard Life Investments Limited now holds, as a result of a transaction that
took place on 14 June 2007, 43,818,928 voting rights in the Company
(representing 4.994% of the voting rights of the Company). The threshold that
was crossed or reached was total voting rights falling below 5.0%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 15 June 2007.
