DIVIDEND DATES

Following the introduction of T+2 earlier this month, Home Retail Group plc would like to clarify the ex-dates and record dates for its forthcoming dividends as follows:

Interim Dividend:

Ex-dividend date:     13 November 2014

Record date:            14 November 2014

Final Dividend:

Ex-dividend date:     21 May 2015

Record date:            22 May 2015

The dividend details contained in this morning's announcement entitled "Half Year Results" were based on the pre T+2 position and the information above rectifies that.
