                               PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified of the following transactions in its Ordinary
shares by Paul Loft (a person discharging managerial responsibility).

On 21 November 2006, Mr Loft exercised an award in respect of 40,708 Ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company. This award was granted under the GUS
Co-Investment Plan in 2003 for nil consideration, which vested on 20 June 2006.

Following this exercise, Mr Loft immediately sold these shares on the London
Stock Exchange at a price of £4.244094 per share.

Notification of these transactions was received by the Company on 22 November
2006, and was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
