2000 FINAL DIVIDEND

We wish to advise the following Pound Sterling equivalent of the 2000 final
dividend of the abovementioned Company. The dividend will be paid on 24 May
2001.

2000 final dividend per share:                  US cents 5.50

GBP equivalent:                                     3.8645 pence
