HONGKONG LAND HOLDINGS LIMITED ('HKLH')
DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS - SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER

HKLH was today notified that as at 23 November 2000 the interests of Cheung
Kong (Holdings) Limited and Hutchison Whampoa Limited in HKLH, through their
respective subsidiaries, have decreased by 606,080 shares to 103,122,960
shares representing 3.98% of the issued share capital of HKLH.

The registered holder of the shares is The Central Depository (Pte) Limited.
