NOTICE FOR THE REDEMPTION OF CERTAIN NOTES AND NOTICE TO DELIST CERTAIN NOTES ISSUED BY HONOURS PLC

Class A1 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2029

Class A2 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2029

Class A3 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2029

Class M Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2029

Class B Asset Backed Notes due 2029

(The Notes)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Issuer redeemed in full the Notes on 10^th October 2006.

Following the full redemption on 10^th October 2006 of the Notes, the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Notes on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Notes with effect on 11^th March 2024 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).

This Notice is given on 8^th February 2024.
