Following the publication of its prospectus on 4 December 2018, Honye Financial Services Ltd is pleased to ‎announce the admission of its entire issued share capital to the Official List of the UKLA by way of a ‎standard listing under Chapter 14 of the UKLA's Listing Rules and to trading on the London Stock ‎Exchange's main market for listed securities (the 'Admission').

The Company also completed a placing ‎raising net proceeds of £2,027,735.  Dealings will commence at 08.00 am today, 7 December 2018. ‎The Company's ISIN is KYG4598W1024, SEDOL number is BGR5JO2 and ticker symbol is HOYE.‎
