Hornby Plc, the international models and collectibles group, has been notified that, on 28 June 2018, Lyndon Davies, the CEO and Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 116,632 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34.2958 pence per share.  This purchase results in Lyndon Davies being interested in a total of 429,729 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.343% of the issued share capital of the Company.
