Director Shareholding
On 12 June 2003, Hornby Plc (the 'Company') was informed that the Hornby
Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') acquired by acquisition in the market on 12
June 2003, at an average price of 702.13p per share, a total of 31,901 ordinary
shares of 5p each representing 0.43% in the capital of the Company. The Trust
now holds a total of 78,485 ordinary shares representing 1.07% in the capital of
the Company. As trustees of the Trust and potential beneficiaries under the
Trust, each of Frank Martin and John Stansfield both executive directors of the
Company are deemed to have an interest in such shares.
