Partnership Ltd is interested in 1,728,840 ordinary shares of 1p each. Of this
interest, 1,575,390 shares are material interests, which represent 4.24% of the
relevant share capital, and constitutes a notifiable interest for the purposes
of Part VI of the Companies Act 1985.
