and/or its subsidiaries hold a direct interest in 31,933 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Capital of the Company and an indirect interest in 1,857,850
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Capital of the Company.  This represents 5.02%
of the Company's total voting rights.



The notification is in accordance with the Transparency Directive's new
requirements for disclosure of major shareholdings.
