Notice of Annual General Meeting

Cogenpower (CGP.L), the AIM-quoted low carbon technology energy business, is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company will be held at the Company's operational headquarters at Strada Leini 18/E, 10072 Caselle Torinese (TO), Italy on Friday 30 June 2017 at 12:00 p.m. CEST (11.00 a.m. BST).

Copies of the Company's notice of AGM were distributed to shareholders on 6 June 2017.  Electronic copies of the notice of AGM will be available shortly from the Company's website (www.cogenpower.co.uk).

The Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with the Directors' Report and Auditor's Report thereon (the "2016 Annual Report and Accounts") are not yet available for publication and will be tabled for consideration at a separate general meeting of the Company. Further details of such proposed general meeting will be provided in due course.
