Notice of Interim Results - UPDATE

12 September 2022

Following confirmation that the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will take place on 19 September 2022, Hostmore plc (the "Company"), the hospitality business with brands including 'Fridays', '63^rd+1^st' and 'Fridays and Go', will now announce its interim results for the 26 week period ended 3 July 2022 at 7:00 am on Wednesday, 21 September 2022.

Robert B. Cook (CEO) and Alan Clark (CFO) will host a presentation and Q&A for analysts and institutional investors via webcast at 9:00am on 21 September 2022 (the "Presentation").

Analysts and investors wishing to join the Presentation are asked to register their details by contacting [e-mail] or [phone]. Details will be sent to registered participants ahead of the Presentation.

A live presentation will also be delivered via the Investor Meet Company platform on 21 September 2022 at 11:00am.  The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders.
