Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

Hotel Chocolat Group plc, a premium British chocolatier and omni-channel retailer, confirms that it posted, on 10 October 2019, its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 30 June 2019 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The Company's AGM will be held at Mint House, Newark Close, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 5HL at 10.30 am on Thursday 21 November 2019.
