Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

Hotel Chocolat Group plc, a premium British chocolatier and omni-channel retailer, confirms that, on 9 October 2020, it posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 28 June 2020 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Due to COVID-19 restrictions on gatherings, shareholders and proxies will not be able to attend the Company's AGM, which will be held at Mint House, Newark Close, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 5HL at 10.00 am on Friday 27 November 2020.  However, shareholders are invited to join a conference call at 11.00am on Thursday 3 December 2020, during which there will be a brief presentation from management and an opportunity to ask questions of the board.  Shareholders who are interested in joining the conference call should register in advance by emailing [e-mail] . The same email address can also be used to submit any questions to the board in advance. Further details can be found in the AGM Notice.
