Galiform Plc - Annual Report

Galiform Plc announces that, following its results announcement for the
financial year ended 30 December 2006, the Annual Report and audited financial
statements for that financial year have been filed with the Registrar of
Companies and are also available on the Company's web-site www.galiform.com.

The Annual Report and audited financial statements will be posted to
shareholders with the Notice of Annual General Meeting on 18 April 2007.

The Annual Report and audited financial statements constitute regulated
information for the purposes of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
