ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

·    the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2011; and

·    Chairman's Explanatory Letter and Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The Company has also submitted copies of each of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism:

1       the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2011;

2       Chairman's Explanatory Letter and Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

3       the Form of Proxy.
