Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company has been notified today that on 6 August 2015 Matthew Ingle, Chief Executive Officer of Howden Joinery Group Plc, sold 1,250,000 shares at an average price of 492.49 pence per share.

Following the sale, Mr Ingle's total holding of shares in Howden Joinery Group Plc was 4,020,583 ordinary shares (0.62% of the Company's share capital).
