The Company has been notified that on 18 August 2017, Theresa Keating, a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company, sold a total of 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company through the London Stock Exchange. Ms Keating's shares were sold at a price of 422.74p per share.
