trustee of the MFI UK Employee Share Trust acquired 484,564 MFI Furniture Group
Plc ordinary 10p shares at 109.6398 pence per share. The directors of MFI
Furniture Group Plc are deemed to be interested in all of the shares held by the
trustee of the Trust as potential beneficiaries of the Trust.
