MFI FURNITURE GROUP PLC DEFERRED BONUS PLAN
We advise of the vesting, on 29th May, of awards granted in May 2000 to certain
executive directors under the MFI Furniture Group Plc Deferred Bonus Plan.
The vesting of this award triggered an income tax and National Insurance
liability and to fund payment of these liabilities 129,067 ordinary 10 pence
shares were sold at 143.25 pence per share on 29th May 2003.
