MFI Furniture Group Plc ('the Company')
Notification of Interests of Directors
We advise that on 2 August 2004 that Shaun O'Callaghan, an Executive Director of
the Company, purchased 74,767 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
('the shares') at a price of 132.75 pence per share.
We advise further that Bob Wilson, an Executive Director of the Company
exercised two share options over the shares in the Company as detailed below,
retaining all the shares which were under option.
