Notification Under s.198-202 UK Companies Act 1985.
MFI Furniture has received notification that as at 13 December 2000, CGNU plc
and its subsidiary company, Norwich Union Investment Management Limited, no
longer have a notifiable interest in the shares of MFI Furniture Group PLC.
