The Company received notification under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FSA, that The First Hermes UK Focus Fund is interested in 44,309,432 ordinary shares representing 6.993% of the voting rights of the Company.   

This is part of the holding of Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited, details of which were last announced on 3rd April 2009.
